The Medical Marketing Team
Greg Iorio
Chief Executive Officer
As our Chief Wizard, Greg leads the team to solve complex problems and achieve effective results in the digital marketing space that help our clients grow and increase their bottom line. Not one to back down from unknowns or “impossible” challenges, he pursues all angles to bring organizations to profitability, from Fortune 100 companies Nike and Procter & Gamble to startups M-factor (acquired by IBM) and Profit Logic (acquired by Oracle). Regional medical practices are also among his core clients, including specialists in vein treatments, weight loss, foot surgery, and ketamine wellness therapy. For that last one, Greg has helped the start-up Nushama achieve unprecedented growth in its first year of operation.
In 2006, Greg served as a volunteer rebuilding villages in Khao Lak, Thailand that were destroyed by a tsunami. He led international teams on the ground and set up productivity processes and was even offered a directorship.
Nic Nevin
Chief Integration Officer
Nic is our resident Renaissance guy with a diverse history, allowing him to step into almost any role at ifXmedical. His work experience includes sheep farming and knife-making in New Zealand, research diving in Antarctica, fishing and EMT in Florida, Intensive recovery registered nurse, hospital supervisor, and IT director in New Mexico, and software developer, technical writer, videographer, and web designer back in Florida. Nic is a versatile team member with a keen sense of humor.
Nic completed a Bachelor’s in nursing and a Master of Science in Information Technology, followed by a master’s certificate in internet marketing, before founding ifXmedical in 2007. As the Chief Integration Officer, Nic is responsible for matching business needs with technology for ifXmedical and our clients.
When not working, Nic is an avid scuba diver, swimmer, and surf ski racer at his home near Tampa, Florida.
Ines Crespo
Chief Financial Officer / Controller
Ines has more than four decades of experience in the medical field. After a stint as a paramedic in Florida, she moved to a critical care and Oncology nursing career in prestigious institutions like the Mayo Clinic and the Moffitt Center.
After completing her BBA, She joined ifXmedical in 2008 to oversee medical accuracy in our client messaging and soon accepted the position of Controller. Ines’s medical understanding has been instrumental in the growth and success of ifXmedical through her relationships with medical clients.
As a native of Puerto Rico, Ines is fluent in both English and Spanish and is a “mom” to two Havanese dogs she rescued from the island after Hurricane Irma. To maintain her skills, she works twice a week as an RN at a local hospital.
Shane Rasnak
Director of Digital Strategy & Social Advertising
A digital marketing expert with over 10 years of experience, Shane specializes in helping growing companies to acquire more customers online. Shane directs the overall growth strategy, copywriting, and social ad campaigns for our clients – guiding them through our unique “Discovery Process” to identify their biggest opportunities, refine their messaging, and develop targeted campaigns to drive new leads, customers, and sales.
Shane graduated from Cornell University in 2009 with a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management. After four years working in early-stage startups on marketing and business development, he started his own business as a marketing consultant in NYC in 2014. In the years since, he has worked with over 65 organizations to support their marketing and growth and built a successful consulting business of his own.
When he’s not working, Shane loves dancing and teaching Brazilian Zouk (a partner dance) in NYC.
Jack Wong
Director of Technology
Jack provides UI/UX engineering, web development, and technical expertise services at for our clients. He has extensive experience (decades!) in website implementation, web development, design, analytics, and digital marketing. He helped with the launch of Lady Gaga’s HAUS Labs by providing UI/UX design and graphic translation services. He’s also provided website development services for clients such as Sanrio (Hello Kitty), Maclaren, Donsuemor, Liberty Tax, and Mission San Juan Bautista. Formally educated with a B.A. in graphic design from San Jose State University in California, he started in web design and development in the early days of the internet (the late 90s) as a hobby, which turned into a career.
Jack enjoys word play and creates malaprop (known on the internet as bone-apple-teas) t-shirt designs during his time off.
Veronica Choroco
Director of Design & Creative
Veronica is our resident Art Director with 22+ years of experience in all things visual. She blends passion for color theory, typography, and branding with her operations and project management experience to guide all of our clients’ design solutions.
Prior to joining our team, Veronica spent 20 years in the fashion/apparel industry leading, creating, and executing graphic collections for various lifestyle brands. At Victoria’s Secret, she set the tone for PINK’s visual DNA when it was a startup concept within Limited Brands. As Graphics Manager at Highlife, a licensing company in New York City, she built a successful team of female designers from the ground up. Veronica’s designs have been seen in apparel items at Abercrombie & Fitch, Ecko, PINK, Reebok, Vanessa Hudgens, and Jessica Biel celebrity active collections. Originally from Lima, Peru, Veronica earned her BFA in Advertising and Graphic Design from Columbus College of Art and Design in Columbus, Ohio.
In her off time, this city-crunchy girl based out of Kinderhook, NY likes traveling by train, gardening, training for triathlons, and teaching her husband to salsa dance.
Marissa Feinberg
Director of PR & Branding
As PR & Brand Director, Marissa works with clients to translate their inspiring vision into storytelling that resonates with their audiences, leading to engagement, impact, and action. Whether through “Articulate Your Why” exercises for a transformative brand refresh, or spreading the word to the media to elevate brand awareness, Marissa uses storytelling as a strategy to deliver results. At any stage of growth, Marissa has worked to raise the platform of clients to be featured in major business, lifestyle, and health publications, ranging from The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Financial Times to NBC, ELLE, Women’s Health, and countless others, setting them apart in the market. Marissa graduated from Syracuse University S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications with a degree in public relations and marketing.
During her free time, she serves on the boards/advisories of Green Map System, The Predistribution Initiative, Ecodeo, Entertainment for Change, NYU Stern’s Annual $300K Entrepreneurs Challenge, and The Artist Co-op. Marissa is also a SAG-AFTRA actress, represented by Take3Talent and AMT Agency.
Alena Seider
Social Media Manager
As a social media manager, Alena oversees and maintains the online profiles of multiple clients, managing their social media presence and engaging with their target audiences to promote growth and drive results.
Alena graduated from Munich University of Applied Sciences with a Master of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in Digital Technology Entrepreneurship. During her studies, she gained hands-on experience solving business problems through Agile and Lean Startup approaches on several consulting projects, while developing a customer-focused mindset. Her education and experience have been instrumental in her current role, where she takes a strategic, customer-centered approach to helping her clients build their business.
Something you won’t see on Alena’s resume is that she worked as an entertainer at an Oktoberfest in China.
Tess Le Moing
Social Media Strategist
Tess is a Social Media Manager, specializing in creating effective social media strategies for businesses like Nushama, Fix Your Feet, and Scottsdale Weight Loss. Leveraging various social media platforms to create brand awareness, drive website traffic, and increase customer engagement, Tess loves helping businesses boost their online presence and engage with their audience. She keeps up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and is constantly experimenting with new approaches to stay ahead of the curve.
In addition to her social media expertise, Tess is also a skilled collaborator. She works closely with clients to understand their unique needs and goals and she develops customized social media strategies that align with their overall marketing objectives. She also collaborates closely with other members of the team to ensure that social media campaigns are integrated seamlessly with other digital marketing efforts like design, blog posts, and paid ads.
Not sure what to study in college, Tess went to Ithaca College in upstate New York to enroll in their Exploratory Program. She took classes in a variety of fields to find a major that was right for her. In 2016, she graduated with a B.A. in writing, specializing in non-fiction.
When Tess is not busy crafting social media content and analyzing performance metrics, you can find her cooking delicious, wholesome meals for her private chef clients in San Diego.
Jenna Ryan
Senior UX/UI Designer
Jenna is a creative designer specializing in websites, social media, email marketing, and brand identity. Her experience includes customizing websites, crafting social media marketing, and creating short videos for clients in healthcare, real estate, business coaching, law, food and beverage, and music industries.
With a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marist College, Jenna remains committed to continuing education and travel, ensuring a fresh and distinctive design perspective for her clients. By listening to clients’ needs and drawing upon her deep industry knowledge, she transforms client ideas into tangible realities, from wireframe concepts to high-performance websites. Jenna has been instrumental in shaping the vision of startups through brand identity development, logo creation, and website design. Additionally, she has successfully diagnosed performance issues and revitalized existing websites for established companies throughout the US.
In her free time, Jenna actively participates in various races and athletic challenges across the country, including marathons, a Civilian Military Combine, a triathlon, and a 200-mile team race that involves living in a van for 24 hours.
Matthew Brown
Director of Data Science & Analytics (PPC & SEO Strategy)
Matt is a versatile leader on our team, serving as director of SEO strategy, data science, and analytics for all clients, as well as marketing for our client PPC. With over eight years of experience in the digital space, Matt has honed his expertise in identifying patterns in data sets and understanding how those patterns impact clients’ business needs and goals. His ability to translate data into actionable insights has helped numerous clients achieve their growth objectives.
Prior to joining us, Matt spent two decades in the culinary industry as a chef, working at some of the most prestigious restaurants in the United States: The Bull Valley Roadhouse in Port Costa, CA, Magnolias in Franklin, TN, and The Greenhouse Grill in Sanibel Island, FL. In this role, he developed strong budgeting, cost management, and operational skills, which led to his expertise in business operations analysis and forecasting. Additionally, he became a Certified Specialist of Wine and worked as both a sommelier and buyer for a boutique wine shop/restaurant in California. Matt’s experience in e-commerce web design and marketing played a significant role in the wine shop’s online sales growth, which increased by 834% and exceeded $1 million in online revenue in 2021.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys gardening, cooking, and fly fishing.
Rosemarie McGlynn
Project Manager & Designer
Rosemarie has been a Project Manager/Designer for the past six years. Her career originally started in traditional direct mail, video, and print design then moved into magazine design and production before gravitating towards social media. Rosemarie set up an ecommerce store, a pop-up shop, and a fulfillment house on Shopify for our client Fix Your Feet. She designed and executed social posts and email to promote the products and helped to successfully grow the client’s Instagram account from 3,000 to14,000 followers. She is a creative, innovative, well-organized, and resourceful self-starter who possesses excellent problem solving and communication abilities. Not surprisingly, she’s an expert multitasker. She earned a BFA in Graphic Design from the State University at New Paltz.
Rosemarie became involved with her sons’ schools from their early years. She was the office administrator for the Co-Op Nursery School for six years; organized fundraisers for the PTA from elementary through high school (as well as their sports teams); and was a Cub Scout Leader for Pack 4 for six years. She enjoys the outdoors and being with family.
Sam Holek
Content & SEO Strategist
Sam developed and oversees our blog strategy for clients, including Nushama, Medical Weight Loss, Preventive Primary Care, and Delaware Advanced Vein Center. From keyword research to writing, creative direction, and publication, she brings the team’s amazing ideas to life. She loves working in the SEO world, especially mixing her creative and technical skills to create engaging content that drives organic traffic and builds our clients’ brands. Her passion for video editing and photography, inspired by her grandpa, who documented her entire childhood, led her to Ithaca College in New York. She graduated in 2016 with a B.S. degree in Television-Radio, specializing in Media Production.
When she’s not at her desk, she’s an avid surfer in the city of San Diego, including teaching kids!
